The location here is great, right off the main area, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating.

We were there for 2 nights and felt would stay there again. Location : the hotel was near Roosevelt or the surrounding area and an excellent Mexican restaurant. Also, Utah State University was 1 mile away. ...

Quiet and cozy spot in a super friendly neighborhood with a top-notch Mexican eatery nearby and tucked away from noisy traffic. They offer a nice selection of breakfast treats 🍳.

I come out once a year, to visit family and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice, so is the beds. Staff are nice and helpful.

The problem we had was our room was not cleaned, beds not made, and had to keep asking for clean towels.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient amenities in our room like the Iron & Board, Microwave, and Fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us a great deal for our stay. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance.

I liked the reasonably large rooms. The staff was very very helpful. The venue was in a comfortable location, very close to the event I was heading to. It was really close to a quiet area in Roosevelt or the surrounding area. I've had a real good stay for the price.

The motel offered good value for the price. The couple running the place were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was somewhat comfortable, and I appreciated that the AC was already on when we arrived, keeping the room nice and cool. The bathroom space was not cramped, allowing for a comfortable stay.

On the downside, the motel showed signs of wear and had stained furniture, which was off-putting. The bathroom had a big open seam and the room had an older hotel smell.

Value for money 🌟. The stay was really great considering the price.
