My attempts to reach customer support were utterly frustrating. they were unresponsive when I needed assistance. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for a room I couldn't use due to their refusal to accommodate a date change or issue a refund, leaving me very disappointed.

i was absolutely underwhelmed by the lack of cleanliness—bugs in the bed! gross. my pet also got sick after the stay. i nearly left a glowing review, but with no complimentary upgrade or special treatment, it just couldn't be done. would defintiely not recommend unless you enjoy a messy stay.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and parking was easy. Gym could use better equipment, though.
